Anna Subbotina, Assistant Professor at the Foreign Languages Department, Institute of Medicine of the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia named after Patrice Lumumba, has successfully completed the «Women Leaders» program at the Senez Management Workshop.
This prestigious program, organized by the Senez Management Workshop, ANO «Russia — Land of Opportunities», and the Council of the Eurasian Women’s Forum under the Federation Council, attracted over 2,000 applicants, with only 175 being selected, resulting in a 12:1 competition.
The «Women Leaders» program comprises four core modules and inter-module work, including team sessions with mentors, independent work in teams, and supportive training webinars.
Throughout the program, Ms. Subbotina demonstrated her active participation and leadership qualities, impressing speakers and invited guests alike. During her participation, she successfully acquired valuable leadership tools, gained insights from leading business speakers, and effectively applied these newly acquired skills in both professional and business environments.
The «Women Leaders» program aims to empower women to become influential leaders in their respective fields by equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the complexities of modern leadership.
