Simply reading in English and reading complex articles on medical topics are two completely different things. However, Institute of Medicine Foreign Languages Department prepares students to cope with such complex and as we used to thing incomprehensible scientific texts in English!
Thus, on March 20, Foreign Languages Department held a university online round table in English “Approaches to Reading Medical and Academic Texts in English: Views and Practices”. During the round table, students made presentations that were devoted to life hacks or useful tips for reading medical texts in English.
