“What I remember most is the perfect blend of learning and exploring. The hands-on experience with root canal treatment was incredibly valuable, especially practicing the step-by-step technique under expert guidance. Alongside that, exploring Moscow’s iconic landmarks like the Red Square and enjoying traditional Russian food made the trip unforgettable.
The most interesting assignment was working on access cavity preparation it really helped me understand the anatomy and importance of proper entry. The most difficult part was mastering the use of rotary instruments inside the canal. It required precision, patience, and control, but it gave me a lot of confidence by the end.
One piece of advice that stayed with me was: “Never rush a root canal — respect the canal anatomy and always work under proper isolation.” This reminded me how important it is to maintain accuracy and sterility throughout the procedure. The teacher also emphasized that being calm and methodical is the key to success in endodontics.”, – Tripti Sirohi
“The teachers were so cooperative and dedicated to making us understand the hand work. They paid attention to what doubts we had and miss their best to clear them. The theory classes also included a lot of case studies which intrigued me and grabbed my attention. The teachers paid attention to every student which I liked a lot.
I got stuck at a few places but the teachers helped me out and made them easy. I especially loved Anzhela ma’am as she was so patient with all the students and never lost her calm. And taught things in a very easy and understandable manner. The practical assignment which was a little tricky for me was putting the rubber dam using clasps.
I advise I’ll always remember from our teacher was to always see the diagnosis first and then come to treatment plan. Also views all the diagnostic aids before making any decisions. And that root canals treatment in all cases is not fruitful. Focus should be made on preserving the tooth and maintaining its vitality.”, – Sunidhi Kataria
