First-year student of the Institute of Medicine at RUDN University, Violet Jaqueline Fiont, participated in the IV All-Russian Competition of Student Scientific, Educational, and Creative Works, held from March to April 2025. This competition, dedicated to the birthday of Rome, was titled “Roads to Rome” and focused on the culture, daily life, history, and literature of antiquity. It was organized by the Institute of Philology and Journalism at Saratov National Research State University named after N.G. Chernyshevsky.
The competition attracted numerous participants from various universities across Russia, showcasing a wide range of talents and academic interests. Students were encouraged to submit their works in different categories, with topics exploring the rich heritage of ancient civilizations, including their contributions to modern society.
Violet stood out among her peers with her exceptional work, which highlighted key aspects of ancient Roman culture and its lasting influence on contemporary life. Her dedication and insightful research earned her third place in the Aenigmata category, a testament to her hard work and creativity.
